The final 60 seconds of each A10/A20 in March will have a single modality sprint; one movement, as many reps as possible. Better still, athletes will get the chance to repeat and win (against themselves), should they feel the urge to try. Want to take it up a notch? Start a bracket with a fellow Alchemist and put your money where your burpee is.
