All memberships are setup as auto-payments and automatically renew every month until canceled via policies below. To cancel your membership you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations are not accepted in person, online, or over the phone.
First Free Month Offer Terms and Conditions
- Valid at select locations only from March 1 through May 1, 2021.
- Your first month of membership is free. After your first month, you must maintain your membership for 2 billing cycles at our regular rates. You may submit a request to cancel your membership after these 2 billing cycles at anytime during this time period.
- Each month thereafter, your membership will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your membership at any time by submitting a 30 day-notice.
- This offer is valid to new members and members who have not been on an active membership in at least 60 days.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy
You must pre-register for all classes. Classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of these windows, you will automatically be charged $8/class. You can cancel a class through our website or in the Alchemy 365 App.
Regular Rates: Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at anytime but notice must be given 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. To give notice, please email email@example.com.
Premium Membership Hold Policy
You may put a hold on your account for up to 30 days per year. To put your account on hold, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or stop into any studio.
Express, Basic, and Limited Membership Hold Policy
No account holds are permitted with the Express or Limited Members.
Promotional Membership Policies
Some Promotional Memberships may be subject to different cancellation policies, but these policies will be communicated to you during sign up. Account holds are not permitted on Promotional Memberships.
Membership Refund Policy
There is a 30 day bill refund maximum on all memberships.
Class Pack Policies
Class packs cannot be returned and cannot be transferred to another client.
Alchemy 365 PDF programs and are not eligible for return. This includes PDF programs that come with membership such as the Fresh Start Challenge.
Items are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Products must be unused. We do not accept items outside of the 30 calendar day window. Items purchased online can not be returned or exchanged to an Alchemy studio.
All sale items are final.
The Torpedo has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not protect against shipping damages, normal wear and tear caused by usage, chipping, or rusting.
Health Warning and Liability Disclaimer
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other exercise or nutrition program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising, smoke, have high cholesterol, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Nothing stated or posted on the Alchemy 365 site or available through any Alchemy 365 services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medical, professional or counseling care. For purposes of this agreement, the practice of medicine and counseling includes, without limitation, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, or providing health or nutrition care, treatment, instructions, diagnosis, prognosis or advice.
