We’re Hiring Group Fitness Coaches
At Alchemy, we’re in the business of helping people feel alive. We do that using group fitness classes that work. For some people, feeling alive is about a first pull-up, a high box jump, or a change to their body. For others, feeling alive is blowing off steam and connecting with like minded athletes, being supported by their coaches, uplifted by our brand and reminded that they can always Pursue Their Legend with us.
The Alchemy 365 Training Program offers prospective coaches a deep dive into our class formats and education on basic anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise principles. This two day seminar consists of classroom instruction and small-group breakout sessions. After the weekend seminar, participants will be given the opportunity to apply for an audition which will take place in front of existing Alchemy staff. Those who pass this audition will receive an Alchemy 365 Group Fitness Training Certification. Select candidates will be eligible for employment at our studios. Prior fitness teaching experience is desired but not required.
