Class Booking Policies

Class Registration Window  
You can book classes 14 days in advance.

Class Cancellation Window
You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time with no penalty.

How to Cancel a Class
You must cancel your class by clicking “Cancel” in our mobile app or by logging into your account on our website and clicking “Cancel”. We do not accept class cancellation requests via email, live chat, or phone.

Late-Cancel Policy
If you cancel a class less than 8 hours before the start time, you will be charged $8

No-Show Policy
If you don’t cancel your class and simply don’t show up, you’ll be charged $15.

Checking In For Class
Please make sure to stop by the front desk to check in on an iPad every time you attend class. This will help us ensure our class attendance records are as accurate as possible.
