Calling all Winter Warriors – this one’s for you! Grab a friend (or two!) and join us for a FREE Cardio class at Alchemy South Broadway followed by a cold plunge experience from Reset Mind and Body to elevate and challenge your recovery game.
What to bring: a towel, and clothes for the cold plunge (could be swimsuit or athletic wear), and something to change into after!
