Winter Warrior Challenge with Sauna Strong

Calling all Winter Warriors – this one’s for you! Grab a friend (or two!) and join us for a FREE Cardio class at Alchemy Edina on Saturday, February 3 at 10am. After class, we’ll head over to Sauna Strong from 11:15am-12:45pm for a sauna and cold plunge experience to elevate and challenge your recovery game!
What to bring: a towel, water bottle, and clothes you can cold plunge and sauna in!
There is a free parking lot at Sauna Strong for all attendees.
