Join us for a free class powered by Corvus Coffee on Saturday, April 6! After class, we’ll head over to Corvus Coffee down the street for an Alchemy-exclusive discount on coffee! They’ll be handing out a free drink card with every purchase as well.
Our workouts start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
