Free Class at Edina Powered by Perspire Sauna – 9AM

Perspire Sauna Studio is powering free classes at Alchemy Edina all morning! Join us on for the 9am workout then chat with the Perspire Sauna team after to get signed up for a complimentary sauna session when they open this spring!

Our 50-minute group fitness classes start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
