Perspire Sauna Studio is powering free classes at Alchemy Edina all morning! Join us on for the 10:00am workout then chat with the Perspire Sauna team after to get signed up for a complimentary sauna session when they open this spring!
Our 50-minute group fitness classes start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
