Face Foundrie North Loop is powering a FREE in-studio classes on Saturday, April 20 at NoLo in Minneapolis! The Face Foundrie team will be giving out free samples all morning!

Each workout starts with a progressive warm-up integrating yoga and the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. Class peaks with a high-intensity section of 20-25 minutes. The workout winds down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
