Our friends at MyFitFoods will be bringing you free classes at 6:30am and 5pm on Wednesday, April 10. After class, refuel and grab a free meal on them!

Our workouts begin with a yoga-inspired warm-up to stretch and get the body warm. Class peaks with a 20-25 minute high-intensity portion, before ending with a cool down of soothing stretching so you’re ready to tackle the rest of your day.
