Free Class at South Broadway

Meet us at our South Denver studio for a FREE workout on Saturday, November 4 to start the weekend strong and push your limits!
Our 50-minute workouts combine yoga, cardio and strength in each class. We start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20-25 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
