Soak up this beautiful Denver weather! Bring your own mat, and get ready for a 50-min workout at Red Rocks!

We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio, and we wind down with soothing stretching. Open to all fitness levels!
