Join us at Alchemy SoBo for a free workout on Saturday, August 26 at 8:30am. Get the full studio experience for a 50-min cardio workout to push your limits.
Each class starts with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
