OVME is powering free classes at Alchemy Edina this month! Join us on Saturday, November 11 for a free classes all morning! Plus, the OVME team is giving out free B12 shots after every class! Space is limited, so save your spot now at the link below:
Our 50-minute group fitness classes start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
