Open Gym: Plyo Box Work

Let’s see some height! Here’s 3 of our favorite workouts you can crush during open gym that include a plyo box:

 

Workout 1 

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

15 Box Jumps
30 Air Squats
15 Box Jumps
30 Slamball Lunges
30 Swings

 

Workout 2

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Thrusters
Swings

After every round, complete:
5 Burpees
7 Box Jumps

 

Workout 3

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

3 rounds
10 Hang Power Curls
10 Front Squats
10 Push Press

…then…

2 Rounds
20 2x Torpedo Deadlifts
20 Box Jumps

…then…

1 Round
30 Torp Jacks
