Open Gym: Bar Work

Get on the bar! Here’s 3 of our favorite workouts you can crush during open gym that include the pull-up bar.

 

Workout 1 

4 Rounds

1 minute:
Abmat Sit-Ups

1 minute:
Hang to Shoulder + Shoulder to OH

3 minutes:
4 Pull-Ups
8 Swings
4 Push-Ups
8 Squat Jumps

 

Workout 2

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

9 SB Ground to Shoulder (Right)
9 SB Ground to Shoulder (Left)
15 Squat Throws
9 SB Hang to Overhead
15 Burpees
15 Toes To Bar

 

Workout 3

2 minutes:
Pull-Ups

2 minutes:
Box Jumps

2 minutes:
Thrusters

2 minutes:
Toes To Bar

2 minutes:
Burpees

 

…then…

 

2 Rounds:

4 minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
7 Box Jumps
5 Toes to Bar
7 Thrusters
7 Burpees

1 minute:
Abmat Sit-Ups
