As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

Abmat Sit-Ups

1 minute:
Slam Ball Hang to Overhead

3 minutes:
4 Pull-Ups
4 Box Jumps
4 Toes To Bar
4 Air Squats


Workout 2

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:
27 Abmat Sit-ups
21 2x Torpedo Farmer Carry Box Step-ups
15 Jumping Pull-Ups
9 2x Torpedo Swing Snatch


Workout 3

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

2x Torpedo Deadlifts


30 Abmat Sit-Ups


2x Torpedo Thrusters
Pull-Ups .


30 Box Jumps
