Join Coach Sooz at Alchemy Highland Park for an evening of candlelight yoga and sound. We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow, before lying back for an extra long final resting pose, with sounds and vibrations from various sound healing instruments. Please bring a blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
