Join us in Edina at the Galleria’s Westin Hotel for a FREE cardio workout! Bring your own mat, and get ready for a 50-min cardio burner. We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving before a 20 minute stretch of max cardio. Class winds down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
