Join us in downtown Minneapolis for a free cardio workout at North Loop Park! Our workouts combines yoga, strength and cardio into one class. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required! Please bring your own mat.
