Join us outside for a free cardio workout! Bring your own mat, and get ready for a 50-min workout. We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio, and we wind down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
