Free Classes at SoBo Powered By Perspire Sauna – 9:30am

Perspire Sauna Studio, a new sauna studio opening up in Cherry Hills, is powering FREE in-studio classes this morning at South Broadway! Crush a spicy cardio class and learn more about Perspire Sauna Studio as they approach their grand opening.
Our workouts begin with a yoga-inspired warm-up to stretch and get the body warm. Class peaks with a 20-25 minute high-intensity portion, before ending with a cool down of soothing stretching so you’re ready to tackle the rest of your day.
