Join us for free workouts all morning at Alchemy Highland Park on Saturday, September 14 powered by Fabletics! The Fabletics team will be in the studio all morning offering up to 30% off select clothing. They will also be giving away one free item of clothing to a lucky class attendee!
Our group fitness workouts start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
