Get the full studio experience for a 50-min class incorporating yoga, strength and cardio for the most effective and efficient workout. And did we mention it’s FREE?! No strings, membership, or fees attached. We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
