Join us at our Tennyson studio in Denver for a free group fitness class — an Alchemy cardio workout! Grab the crew, and get ready to kick-start your weekend.
Each class starts with a warm-up integrating yoga and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
