Free Class at Alchemy North Loop Powered By OVME – 8AM

OVME aesthetics are powering FREE in-studio classes on Saturday, March 16 at our North Loop studio in Minneapolis! Their team will be providing free B12 shots after every class.
Each workout starts with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio for 20-25 minutes. Class winds down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
