Join us at Alchemy Highland Park in St. Paul, Minnesota for a free Cardio class! Get the full studio experience for a 50-min cardio workout to push your body and get closer to your fitness goals.
Each class starts with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
