Join us for a free cardio class powered by Sweetgreen, then stick around after class for a healthy bite to eat! Sweetgreen will be popping up in the Alchemy Edina lobby after class.
Our 50-minute group fitness classes start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
