Join us on Saturday, January 27th at 9am and 10am at our Highland Park studio in St. Paul, Minnesota for Free Cardio workouts and an alcohol-free happy hour with Lucille’s! This event is going to be hosted by our beloved former employee, Alex Zauner, and her new Alcohol Free Tasting Room + Bottleshop, Lucille’s! Come take class, sample some beverages, and stock up on your favorite drinks! 

Our group fitness class starts with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20-25 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
