Candlelight Flow & Sound Bath: Members Only Special Event

Join Coach Sooz for a relaxing evening of candlelight yoga and sound. We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow, then you’ll get to lie back and relax for an extra long final resting pose, as you receive the sounds & vibrations produced by various sound healing instruments. Please bring a blanket, and pillow, as well as anything else you need to feel comfy & cozy while lying down.
