Our friends at Rise Sports and Performance are bringing you a free class at our SoBo studio in South Denver! Join us for a Free Cardio workout and after, hangout in the lobby with some coffee and treats to get to know your fellow athletes.
Our 50-minute group fitness classes combine yoga, cardio and strength in each class. We start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready to conquer your day. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
