Nothing says recovery after a long week like an Alchemy 365 AFlow. Every Friday in August, we’re adding a special morning AFlow on the schedule at each studio! AFlow is not your typical yoga class. It’s designed to bring you strength, balance, and isometric holds with a faster flow.
