The first time class. Your jump off point to our full lineup of Alchemy classes. You’ll find approachable and knowledgeable coaches, small class size, and basic movements and transitions for athletes of all fitness levels. Not a prerequisite to our other signature classes but you can rest assured we’re here to take the “scary” out of any and all workouts.

Consider it your wake up week. Set the alarm, crush your workout and enjoy samples from Passionflower each morning. Lineup as follows –
Monday: Pick Me Up (cold brew + protein blended, the only way to start Monday)
Tuesday: The Legend (from blueberries to pumpkin seeds, this smoothie covers your bases)
Wednesday: Protein Press (simplicity at best: coffee + your choice of plant or whey protein)
Thursday: Ah-Sah-Yee Bowl (smoothie bowl with plant protein)
Friday: Muscle + Joint Recovery (this drink has superpowers)

The infamous Alchemy Celebrity Class is coming to Highland Park for the first time ever! We’re excited to host Olympian Carrie Tollefson for a 40 Minute A10 and meet and greet at Alchemy Highland Park.
