2 Rounds:
1 Minute: max burpee box jumps,
4 Minutes:
10 Box Step-ups (forward)
10 Box Step-ups (to the right)
10 Box Step-ups to the left

Hold a SB any way you choose. You may switch positions any time you wish.

Each time a person has to put the SB down, complete 2 burpee box jumps before resuming the march.
