We’re back at the lake for our last outdoor workout of the season! Bring your mat, water and some friends. We’ll meet at the corner of 17th Ave and Meade St. Get ready to sweat!
Our group fitness classes combine yoga, strength and cardio into one class. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
