Join us outside for a free cardio workout at Russell Square Park in Denver! Our fitness classes combine yoga, strength and cardio into one class. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio.
