Let’s take Alchemy to Red Rocks! Join us for a spicy cardio workout and we’ll soak up the beautiful Denver weather! Meet us at the top of the stairs of the Amphitheatre with your mat and water. See you there!
We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio, and we wind down with soothing stretching. Open to all fitness levels!
