Back to the Bandshell for a free cardio class! Our 50-min workouts combine yoga, strength and cardio. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and introduce all the workout’s movements. Class peaks with a 20 minute stretch of max cardio then we cool down with additional stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required! Please bring your own mat.
