Free Outdoor Class at Highland Park in Denver

Join us outside for a free cardio class! Bring your own mat, and get ready for a 50-min workout. We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio, and we wind down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
The park is between Federal and W Highland Park Place. Pre-registration is required, please save your spot using the website link below.
