Free Class at Highland Park Powered by Centro – 9AM

Centro is powering free classes at Alchemy Highland Park all morning on Saturday, April 27th! Grab a friend and join us for a a Cardio workout at 8, 9, or 10am and enjoy some tasty treats in the lobby post class provided by Centro!

Our 50-minute group fitness classes start with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
