Come crush a free class on Sunday, April 14 brought to you by our friends at Red Rock Sauna; Denver’s premium mobile sauna experience! The team will be popping up in studio to speak to their offerings and provide discounts for community sessions and private rentals!
Each class starts with a warm-up integrating yoga and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
