Join us at Alchemy Nolo for a free Cardio class on Saturday, July 15 at 9:10am. Get the full studio experience for a 50-min cardio burner to push your body and renew your mind.
We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio and we wind down with soothing stretching to cool down. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
