Acoustic tunes during final resting pose? Holden Froemke, a talented member of our Alchemy 365 community, will be in-studio during the 6:30PM A10 + 7:30PM A20 to serenade you before and after class! Holden is a finalist for the PBS Talent Show “Celebration of Music!” + the winner will head to Los Angeles to be featured on PBS nationwide. He needs our help to win the People’s Choice Award – so come take class and chat with him after about how we can get him to LA!

WINGS FOR LIFE WORLD RUN
SUNDAY, MAY 5 | STARTING AT ALCHEMY 365 NORTHEAST AT 6AM
One day each year, the Wings for Life World Run takes place at multiple locations across the planet + we’re so pumped to be the starting point for this year’s Minneapolis race! Everybody starts at exactly the same moment (6AM in Minneapolis, 4AM in San Diego, 1PM in Munich, 8PM in Tokyo…legendary). The race begins in the Alchemy 365 Northeast parking lot where we’ll start with a short warm-up, then after the race stop in-studio for food + drinks! Want in?
