We’re bringing it back to the 80’s at all MN studios. Whip out those scrunchies, sweat bands + leg warmers and get ready to get your sweat on to some iconic 80’s tunes. Nothing is more 80’s than crushing an A20 with “Eye of the Tiger,” ending an A10 with “Time After Time,” or crushing a Built Body while Def Leppard plays, right?

Calling all strong mamas, both new + expecting! We’re hosting a special class on Mother’s Day weekend to honor all the bad ass moms in our community. This is your time to recharge + find strength in your stage of life! Coach Jalisa Goetz, new mom to 4 month old Max, will be leading a special A10 for all you new + expecting moms. She’ll help you learn how to safely modify your workouts during pregnancy as well as how to ease back into your routine post-baby. Get all the details here!

Burbs and Brews is going strong! We’re teaming up with Wooden Hill Brewing Company to bring you a free Saturday AM workout each month in 2019.
