Join the one and only Coach Molly Hanten as she brings you through an EDM A20! Think lights off, glow sticks and the sickest house music you have ever heard. Molls is Alchemy’s most notable coach when it comes to finding the best remixes, come enjoy.
Alchemy FREE Intro class | Alchemy North Loop | Saturdays, 10am
The intro is designed to give those new to our gym a place to ask questions, get a feel for the space and sample a workout in a less intimidating group. If you’re full of questions, this one’s for you. Coach Karin Norby will be on deck to give you the tour on a new day and time. Starting November 5th intro’s are Saturday mornings 10am at NOLO.
Body Work – Well Adjusted | Alchemy North Loop | Sunday, November 20th | 9 – 11am
Well Adjusted Minneapolis will be in on Sunday morning to offer up some relief to your aching body. We work hard in the gym and giving your body some extra attention is always a good idea. Dr. Andy will be here from 9 -11am with his table setup to show you what Well Adjusted can do for you.
Shoes, Shoes, Shoes. We all love to not have extra shoes everywhere, but it’s coming on that time of year when we’re asking you to bring in a clean pair of shoes when you workout. The floor get sweaty enough without the wet and snow winter will bring. It’s very much appreciated.
