Join North Loop’s favorite chiropractor, Dr. Andy from Well Adjusted Minneapolis Monday evening to get the lowdown on post running and A20 mobility and stretching techniques. Dr. Andy will lead you through a few tips on how to recovery your body after training.
The Great MN Get Together is coming! Alchemy wants to celebrate the State Fair by sending you and your buddy there on us. Bring a new buddy anytime between August 16th and August 24th and you’re entered into a raffle. We’ll draw LIVE on Facebook, August 24th (the day before the fair starts!) Special Prize if you’re in the audience on Wednesday, August 24th for the LIVE drawing.
