Setting up shop in the parking lot at Alchemy North Loop on Saturday morning, grab your Sota clothing gear after your workout. Alchemy will have the cold press and snacks.
ivivva Dad’s Day Throwdown | Alchemy North Loop | Saturday, June 18th | 4pm
The Alchemy + ivivva throwdown is back for Father’s Day! ivivva girls, team up with Dad for yard games, relay races, and some of your favorite Alchemy moves. Bring shoes and dress for the weather–we’ll be outside. We’ve got you covered on snacks, water, and lots of ivivva surprises. As always, this event is complimentary and all-levels welcome.
Alchemy Run Club | Alchemy North Loop | Saturdays starting June 11th | 7:30am
Take up a 5K-10K run with Coach Haley. Show up solo or bring a friend. Post run coffee (sans cream) is a strong possibility.
