1 Minute, then 2 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 5 minutes, each time starting at the beginning and trying to get as far as possible through:
10 Burpees
15 Box Jumps
20 Jumping Pull-ups
25 Push Press
30 High Knees
25 Swings
20 Push-ups
15 Squat Jumps
10 Tuck Jumps
so for the first minute you go as far as possible, then on minute two you have two minutes to do the same thing starting over at the top, then you have three minutes – this whole thing will get you to 15 minutes.
