SQUAT SERIES
KICKS OFF THIS WEEK AT ALL ALCHEMY 365 LOCATIONS
You. Stronger than ever before. Squat Series is baaaack! For six weeks, athletes will squat twice a week in increasingly difficult rep and loading schemes. The series will focus primarily on the back and front squat, but will also have elements of explosive plyometric training to go along with it. Looking to hear some different music in class? On Tuesday 7.16, the PM classes at each studio will have a specially themed playlist – and you get to choose what’s on it! Each studio will host a genre vote 7.9-7.11 and the winner will be unveiled during classes next week! These playlists will be as unique as the communities that make our world go round at each studio! July has kicked off with a bang! What’s better than sweating at Alchemy 365?! Sweating with your BFFs! All month long, Alchemy 365 Members can bring in their bestie, partner, co-worker, or favorite barista along with them for a workout sesh. Come take class + hang out after with the crew.
